甘肃省安定区乡镇卫生院药剂科管理现状与发展浅析

目的通过对全区乡镇卫生院药剂科管理现状的调查分析,结合医院药学的发展方向探讨转变其运行模式和提高管理水平的途径,为乡镇卫生院药剂科的发展提供参考。方法调查分析全区乡镇卫生院药剂科软硬件建设、工作人员专业技术结构、药剂科管理现状及药品管理模式等。结果乡镇卫生院药学技术人员达不到应有比例,药剂科管理运营模式还比较落后,不适应现代医院药学发展的要求。结论全区乡镇卫生院应当积极适应现代医院药学模式的转变,强化人才培养,提倡现代化科学管理,实现社会效益和经济效益的最佳化,体现医院药学工作的价值。

Management Status and Development Analysis of Pharmacy Department of Rural Hospitals in Anding District,Gausu Province

Objective Based on analyzing the management status of pharmacy department of rural hospitals in Anding,discuss the development direction of the hospital pharmacy to shift its operation mode and improve the level of management,to provide reference for the new development of pharmacy department.Methods Analyze and investigate software and hardware of pharmacy department,personnel structure of professional technology,management of pharmacy department and drug management modes,etc.Results Pharmacy department of rural hospitals does not adapt to the requirements of the development of modern hospital for pharmacy including pharmaceutical technical personnel obviously insufficient percentage and backward management mode of pharmacy department.Conclusion Rural hospitals should actively adapt to the modern hospital pharmacy.Strengthen on talent cultivation advocating modern and scientific management mode,so as to realize the social benefit and economic benefit of hospital pharmacy and embodies the value of the work.
