| 摘 要： | 妇产科由于其本身的特殊性,成为医疗纠纷事件的高发科室。导致医疗纠纷的原因涉及多方面,本文从妇产科医疗纠纷的社会、医院管理、就诊环节等影响因素研究入手,探讨妇产科医疗纠纷的特点和原因,为降低妇产科医疗纠纷提出引领媒体正确舆论导向、医疗安全管理、典型研究示范、建立健全医疗责任保险、建立第三方调解机制等针对性建议。 |
