| 摘 要： | 中国医学科学院阜外心血管病医院通过创新早交班制度，每周组织行政管理人员到各个病区参加早交班一次，和临床科室进行沟通并对其评价。加强了职能部门与临床科室之间的理解和沟通，增强了科室主任的质量意识，提高了其管理能力和水平，进而提高了医疗质量，加强了医疗管理的执行力。

| Abstract: | Every week administrative staff from functional departments participated in clinical morning shift conference once to evaluate and communicate in Fuwai Hospital.Through this system,the communication between clinical department and functional departments was strengthened,the quality consciousness and management level of clinical department directors were enhanced,and then the enforcement for medical management was improved. |
