人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合维生素E胶丸治疗流产疗效观察

目的观察人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)联合维生素E胶丸在我院妇科门诊治疗流产临床疗效。方法选择门诊病例260人,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组口服维生素E胶丸治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上,加用人绒毛膜促性腺激素HCG肌注,将治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组治愈率达到86.7%,对照组治愈率达到46.0%,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)联合维生素E胶丸在我院妇科门诊治疗先兆流产和习惯性流产的临床疗效优于单用维生素E胶丸。但是,HCG的应用有严格的要求和适用范围,孕妇是很特殊的群体,在使用HCG时须谨慎。

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin(HCG) and Vitamin E Capsules to Treat abortion

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG） and vitamin E capsule to treat abortion at gynecologist out-patient department.Methods 260 patients were devided into two groups in random： control group and therapy group.Control group was treated in oral vitamin E capsule.Treat group was added HCG in muscle injection.To contrast effect of treatment.Results In the two groups,average cure rate gets to 86.7% of the therapy group;cure rate gets to 46.0% of the control group for preventing and treating threatened abortion or habitual abortion.The difference was significance.Conclusion Effect of HCG and vitamin E capsule at gynecologist out-patient department is better than vitamin E capsule single on treating threatened abortion or habitual abortion.But there are strict requirements and suitable scope.Pregnant women are a special group with careful use of HCG.
