医院声誉管理误区与对策研究

摘    要:声誉是医院重要的无形资产,从本质上讲是对于未来服务满意的一种承诺。声誉管理不仅仅是基于新闻宣传,更是基于行动。声誉一旦失去需要长时间的弥补与修复。分析了医院声誉管理特点及面临的挑战,解析了医院声誉危机的根源,并就医院声誉管理的五个误区提出了告知公众与员工机构愿景、建立与公众的情感纽带、不要试图保持完美等7个对策。
