| 摘 要： | 目的探讨核苷(酸)类似物(NA)抗乙型肝炎病毒耐药及应对策略。方法结合近几年相关文献,对NA耐药问题进行探讨。结果与结论核苷(酸)类似物现已广泛应用于临床。但NA尚不能清除乙肝病毒的共价闭合环DNA(cccDNA),因而不能彻底清除HBV感染,需要长期用药。但随着NA的长期应用,耐药性HBV的产生影响了该类药物的疗效,成为临床医师不能回避与忽视的问题。
