白虎追风胶囊中白芍、白芷、细辛的定性鉴别

目的:对白虎追风胶质量标准进行了研究。方法:首先确立了以乙醇提取白芍,再用氧化铝柱分离,提纯的方法。以氯仿-甲醇展开后置254nm紫外光下观察其有效成分芍药甙。同时,白芷用乙醚提取,醋酸乙酯溶解,以石油醚—乙醚为展开剂,展开后置365nm紫外光下观察。而细辛则采用甲醇提取、正己烷萃取,正己烷—醋酸乙酯开后置254nm紫外光下观察的方法鉴别。结果:这些方法作出的薄层图谱斑点分离清晰,重现性好,背景干扰少,阴性对照实验证实了鉴别方法的可行性。结论:本研究为白虎追风胶囊的质量控制提供了依据。

The Identification of Paeonia, Angelca,and Asarom in Baihu Zhuifeng Capsule

OBJECTIVE:The quality standard of Baihu Zhuifeng capsule was studied in this pa-per. METHODS:First,the Paeonia was abstracted by ethanol, and then paeoniflorin was separat-ed and purified by alumina colum,and was observed UV at 254 nm after being developed by chlo-roform-methanol. The Angelica was abstracted by ether,and was dissolved by ethyl acetate. De-veloped by petrolum ether-ether,it was observed at UV 365 nm. The Asarum was abstracted by methanol, extracted by n-hexae-ethyl and observed at UV 254 nm after being developed by n-hex-ane ethyl acetate. RESULTS: The clots of TLC through this method was clearly separated with high reproduction and little background interference. The native control experiment confirmed the practicability of this method for identificaion CONCLUSION: This study provides a method forquality control of Baihu Zhuifeng capsule.
