| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗对小儿病毒性脑炎早期脑损伤的影响。方法将病毒性脑炎患儿60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组入院后给予常规脑神经保护剂、脱水剂、镇静剂等药物，治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上，施以头皮针针刺法。6d为1个疗程，共2个疗程。结果治疗组患儿瘫痪等阳性体征及症状消失快，总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组临床总疗效比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）。结论病毒性脑炎患儿早期采用中西医结合治疗疗效好，且治疗愈早其各项功能恢复效果愈好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study influences of the combined TCM with Western medicine early after brain injury in children viral encephalitis. Methods 60 cases of children viral encephalitis were divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）. The control group were treated by cranial nerves protective agent, dehydrant, sedative. The treatment group was added scalp acupuncture. 6 days was a course of treatment, treated 2 courses. Results The recovery of every symptom and the total effective rate in the treatment group were superior to the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined TCM with Western medicine is better for viral encephalitis, and treat with the methods more early, the better therapeutic effect in every function. |
