牙周病与冠心病的相关性研究

目的：探讨牙周病与冠心病的关系。方法：选取经冠脉造影明确诊断为冠心病且伴有中、重度牙周病的患者39例（CP组）,单纯冠心病患者26例（C组）,对两组受检者进行牙周状况的检查,同时对冠心病其他常见的危险因素进行比较,并作统计学分析。结果：（1）CP组与C组间的血清学指标结果显示：两组间的空腹血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、白细胞、纤维蛋白原、血尿酸的值有差异,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）流行病学调查结果显示：各牙周指标与血清学指标相互关系：松动牙数、因牙周病缺失牙数、残根残冠数、出血指数、牙石指数均与白细胞明显相关;松动牙数、因牙周病缺失牙数、出血指数、牙石指数均与纤维蛋白原存在相关性;松动牙数、因牙周病缺失牙数、残根残冠数、出血指数、牙石指数与其他指标即空腹血糖、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、脂蛋白无明显相关性。结论：牙周病可能是冠心病的危险因素,并可能增加冠心病的发生。

Study on the correlation between coronary heart disease and periodontitis

Objective： To explore the relationship between periodontal disease and coronary heart disease. Methods： CHD patients with periodontitis （39 cases） and without pefiodontitis （26 cases） were choosed to make an epidemic survey. Meanwhile, blood samples of two groups were tested. Results： 1.The results of serum test between CP group and C group showed that the levels of GLU-AC, TC, TG, HDL, WBC, FG and BUA between two groups were significant different （P〈0.05）. 2. The epidemic survey showed the relationship between periodontal parameters and clinical serum parameters. The loosen teeth, hypodontia （caused by periodontitis）, residual root and crown, B1 and CI were significantly correlated with the level of leukocyte in serum. Loosen teeth, hypodontia （caused by periodontitis）, BI and CI were significantly correlated with the level of fibrinogen in serum. Meanwhile, all the periodontal parameters were not correlated with other serum parameters, such as GLU-AC, TG, LDL, LP levels. Conclusion： Periodontal disease may be one of dangerous factors of coronary heart disease.
