| 摘 要： | 目的探讨青年女性胃癌的临床特点、治疗及预后、误诊原因,提高诊治水平。方法对笔者所在医院2003～2010年收治的96例青年女性胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究分析。结果本组病例女性多见（1．23：1）,临床表现隐匿,误诊率高,以胃窦部低分化腺癌常见,转移早,手术切除率低,预后差。结论青年女性胃癌临床特异性差,进展快,误诊较多,应引起临床医师的重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis, and misdiagnosis of young women with gastric cancer. Methods In our hospital from 2003 to 2010, 96 cases of young women admitted to the clinical data of patients with gastric cancer were studied retrospectively analyzed. Results More common in this group of female patients （1.23：1 ）, clinical manifestations hidden cases were misdiagnosed, with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of common antrum, early metastasis, lower ratio of surgical resection, and poor prognosis. Conclusion Young female gastric cancer with poor clinical specific differences, and rapid progression, misdiagnosed more, should arouse the attention of clinicians. |
