颈椎病的X线诊断

目的 重点讨论颈椎病的X线表现和评价X线平片诊断价值.方法 对1000例颈椎病进行X线分析.结果 颈椎病的表现有：颈椎生理曲度异常631例（63.1%）,椎体旋转392例（39.2%）,滑椎326例（32.6%）,椎间隙狭窄共1364个,以C5～6椎间隙狭窄多见,椎体骨刺1830个,其中前缘骨刺562个,后缘骨刺920个,侧缘骨刺348个,钩椎关节退变813例（81.3%）,椎间关节退变614例（61.4%）,韧带钙化364例（36.4%）,此外尚有椎间盘真空征（或积气征）20例,正位裂隙征133例,侧位裂隙征126例和椎间孔变形等.结论 X线平片在颈椎病诊断上有重要价值,也是一种重要的检查方法,特别是颈椎正侧位片.

X - ray diagnosis of cervical spondylosis

Objective To explore X - Ray findings and diagnostic significance of plain tim. Methods 1000 cases of cervical spondylosis on X - ray analysis were analyzed. Results Radiologic manifiststion of cervical spondylosis were as follows ： sbnonnal curvature were found in 613 cases （ 63.1% ） , rotation of vertebra 392 cases （ 39.2 % ） , partial slipping of verte-bral body 326 eases （32. 6% ）, narrowing of the intervertebral space （mostly at the C5 - 6 level）total 1364, vertebral spurs 1830 at the antevertebra 562, at the postvertebra 920, at the lateral 348, luschka j sint degeneration 813 cases （81.3 % ） ,intervertebral joint degeneration 614 cases（61.4% ） ,and Ligamental calcification 364 eases（36.4% ）. In addition vacuum sign （ gas sign） of the intervertebral space were fund in 20 cases, fissure sign at the antero -poste rior position 133 cases at the lateral position 126eases,and deforming of the intervertebral foranen and soon. Conclusion Piaiffilhn not only palys an important role in the diagnlsis of eeriv - cat spondylosis, but it was a pivotal examinational method in antero - postrior and lateral position of cervical vertebra.
