| 摘 要： | 目的观察第一产程中进行综合性干预助娩的临床效果。方法取2009年1～12月的孕妇，第一产程中使用综合性干预助娩186例为治疗组，取未处理的孕妇186例为对照组。结果两组的治疗方法不同，产程时问及剖宫产率比较，差异有统计学意义。结论合理在第一产程进行综合性干预能缩短潜伏期和各个产程的时间、提高阴道分娩率，降低剖宫产率、产后出血率及新生儿窒息率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of a comprehensive intervention to help delivery in the first la- bor stage. Methods To take 186 cases of pregnant women from January to December 2009 as the treatment group, who re- ceived the help of integrated interventions in their first labor stage, another 186 cases untreated as the corresponding group. Results Due to different treatments in the two groups, labor time and the cesarean section rate perform were statistically differenct. Conclusion In the first labor stage, reasonably comprehensive intervention can shorten the latency period and time of each production process, improve the vaginal delivery rate, lower the rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage and newborn asphyxia. |
