老年股骨颈骨折加压空心螺钉治疗的临床研究

目的探讨加压空心螺钉治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法2005年11月～2007年11月，用闭合复位经皮空心加压螺钉固定治疗股骨颈骨折17例，对手术时间、出血量、术后功能进行评价。结果17例患者均手术顺利，术后随访16～40个月，平均25个月，按Harris疗效标准评价，优14例，可1例，差2例，优良率82．4％，术后骨不愈合及股骨头缺血坏死率分别为5．9％（1／17）和11．8％（2／17）。结论空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折具有固定确切可靠、操作简便、创伤小的优点，是一项较好的治疗方法。

Clinical research of percutaneous cannniated screw fixation of femoral neck fractures in the aged patients

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of percutaneous cannulated screw fixation of femoral neck fractures in the aged patients. Methods From 2005 to 2007, 17 cases with femoral neck fracture were treated by percutaneous cannulated screw. The operation time, amount of bleeding, and postoperative function of hip were evaluated. The follow - up of 16 to 40 months （ average 25 months）. Results According to Harris classification, there were 14 cases with good, 1 case with moderate, 2 with bad. Conclusion Percutaneous cannulated screw fixation is preferred for femoral neck fractures in the aged patients.
