微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的探讨微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及应用。方法对在本院治疗的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例接受微创手术治疗，对照组40例采用传统手术治疗，对两组患者的疗效进行观察并随访。结果本组80例患者切口均I期愈合，随访时间6个月～3年，平均18个月。治疗组优良率67．5％，对照组优良率37．5％，两组进行统计学分析，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论微创手术具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快、疗效好等优点，可成为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种疗效满意、值得进一步探讨应用的治疗方法。

Clinical research on minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy and application. Methods In our hospital, 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group ：40 patients underwent minimally invasive surgery, the control group of 40 cases treated with conventional surgical treat- ment, the efficacy of the two patients were followed up. Results 80 patients incisions were I healed up from 6 months to 3 years, an average of 18 months. Treatment group： good rate of 67.5% ,in the control group good rate of 37.5% , the two groups were statistically analyzed, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery with less trauma and fewer complications, faster recovery and good effect, could be a lumbar disc herniation satisfactory effect is worth further investigate the treatment.
