肱骨干骨折几种治疗方法的比较

目的比较肱骨干骨折的几种固定治疗方法。方法回顾自1998年1月～2009年12月用3种方法内固定治疗肱骨干骨折107例，其中外固定支架21例，钢板内固定49例，交锁髓内钉内固定37例，分别对疗效、并发症发生率作统计学分析。结果交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折其疗效明显优于外固定支架、钢板内固定，并发症发生率也较低。结论交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折效果优于钢板内固定及外固定支架。

Comparison of different types of fixation in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture

Objective To compare different types of fixation applied in humeral shaft fractures. Methods 107 patients with humeral shaft fractures admitted in the hospital from January 1998 to December 2009 were reviewed, among them 21 cases were treated with external fixators,49 cases with plates and 37 cases with inter - locking intramedullary nails, then effect and complications were analyzed by statistically method. Results The curative effect of fixation with inter - locking intr- amedullary nail was significantly better than other two fixation and the incidence of complications was lower compared with those fixed by external fixators and plates. Conclusion Inter - locking intramedullary nail is the best choice among the three methods in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.
