长春西汀与弥可保联合用药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察长春西汀与弥可保联合用药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将140例2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者随机分成两组,对照组70例,试验组70例。对照组给予弥可保500μg,肌肉注射,每日1次;试验组给予长春西汀20mg溶于250ml0.9%氯化钠溶液中静滴,每日1次及弥可保500μg肌注,每日1次。两组疗程均为14d,观察其对神经传导速度的影响。结果治疗14d后,患者主观症状和体征有较明显改善。试验组总有效率为80.0%,对照组总有效率为61.0%。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。神经传导速度两组治疗后比较,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论长春西汀与弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有显著疗效,联合用药明显优于单用神经营养药物。

Effect of Mecobalamine and Vinpocetine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Mecobalamine and Vinpoeetine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 140 Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided randomly into two groups ; the control group (70 cases) and the treatment group (70 cases). The patients of the treatment group were given with Vinpoeetine 20 mg dissolved in 0. 9% normal saline solution 250 ml once a day intravenously, and given mecobalamine 500 μg once a day intramuscular; and in the control group were only given with mecobalamine 500μg once a day intramuscular. Nerve conduction velocity in two groups of patients was observed after 14 days treatment. Results After treatment for 14 days, the subjective symptoms and signs were significantly improved with a total effective rate of 80. 0% in the treatment group versus 61.0% in the control group. Compared with the control group, the total effective rates of treatment group was significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and nerve conduction velocity improved significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Mecobalamine and Vinpocetine in treatment of Diabatic Peripheral Neuropathy is very effective, the combination mediea - tion is superior obviously to the nerve nutrition medicine only.
