| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药并用治疗小儿原发性遗尿的临床疗效。方法将98例小儿原发性遗尿患者分为治疗组50例和对照组48例。治疗组采用针灸加口服醋酸去氨加压素治疗,对照组单纯口服醋酸去氨加压素治疗。结果治疗组近期总有效率和远期总有效率分别为96.0%和86.0%,对照组分别为82.3%和54.2%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针药并用治疗小儿原发性遗尿比单纯药物治疗更为有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine in treating infantile primary enuresis. Methods Ninety-eight patients with infantile primary enuresis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 50 cases and a control group of 48 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture plus oral administration of desmopressin acetate and the control group took desmopressin acetate only.
