| 摘 要： | 目的 观察复发性翼状胬肉切除联合新鲜羊膜移植术的临床疗效.方法 在显微镜下用新鲜羊膜移植治疗31例(34只眼)复发性翼状胬肉,手术全部在显著微镜下完成.结果 术后随访观察6～18个月,平均11个月,羊膜移植手术均一次成功,未观察到免疫排斥反应,角膜上皮6天内修复,羊膜移植片水肿在10天左右消失,3周新生血管化完成.结论 应用新鲜羊膜移植是治疗复发性翼状胬肉的有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of fresh ammiotic membrance transplantation and to prevent from recurrence after excision of recurrent pterygium.Methods 31 cases(34 eyes with recurrent pterygium were transplantated with fresh aminiotic membrance following surgery under microscope.Results The fresh aminiotic membrance transplantations were successful in most of the patients and no patient developed immunological rejection during the follow-up period for 6~18 months(mean 11 months).Corneal epithelium recovered within 6 days after surgery,Fresh amniotic curative(100%).
