鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔再次矫正术

目的:探讨鼻中隔偏曲再次矫正术的手术方式和效果。方法:20例患者行鼻中隔再次矫正术,根据鼻中隔不同的偏曲部位,采取不同的手术入路,切除偏曲的软骨、骨质后用油纱条或膨胀海棉填塞。结果:20例均成功。无并发症。随诊3-6月,痊愈17例(85%),改善3例(15%)。结论:鼻中隔偏曲再次矫正术宜先探清虚实,切口应作在有软骨或骨质的部位,仔细剥离,先剥有软骨或骨质的部位,尽量保持一侧粘膜完整,避免对称性粘膜撕裂,切除偏曲部软骨及骨质,可以取得较满意的手术效果。

The Second Nasal Septal Reconstruction Under Nasal Endoscopy

Objective： To evaluate the method and curative effect of the second nasal septal reconstruction under nasal endoscopy.Methods： According to the different parts of deviation of nasal septum,we have taken a different surgical approach in 20 cases,who underwent second nasal surgery.After removed partial resection of the cartilage and the expansion of bone,we used mineral oil gauze or sponge packing in nasal cavity.Results： The observations of the outcome of 20 patients undergoing this operation after 3-6 months postoperatively shows this technique safe,with17 patients healed and 3 patients improved.Conclusions： Incision should be at a site of cartilage or bone and stripped carefully.The site with cartilage or bone shouid first be peeped and be sure of the integrity of the side of the mucosal membrane.In this process,we must avoid the symmetry-Weiss.Partial resection of cartilage and bone can obtain satisfactory results of operations.
