氨磷汀配合FOL FOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

目的观察氨磷汀配合FOLFLX方案(奥沙利铂+氟尿嘧啶)治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及对正常组织的保护作用和安全性。方法60例晚期胃癌,随机分为两组,对照组30例,接受FOLFOX方案。治疗组30例,化疗方案同对照组,化疗前30min应用氨磷汀400mg静脉滴注,15min滴完。每周期21d,共4周期。化疗结束4周后复查上消化道造影或胃镜,及上腹部CT,按照REICIST标准和NCI-CTC3.0评价疗效和毒性。结果两组总有效率和疾病控制率近似,二者无统计学意义(P>0.05)。毒副反应两组对比治疗组明显低于对照着,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨磷汀能有效减低FOLFOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的毒副反应,对正常组织具有保护作用,且不降低其抗癌效应。

Observation of the Amifostine Combined with FOL FLX (Oxaliplatin added Fluorouracil) Treatment for Advanced Carcinoma of Stomach

Objective To observe efficacy, protective effect of normal tissue and safety of the amifostine combined with FOL FLX （oxaliplatin added fluorouracil） treatment for advanced carcinoma of stomach. Methods Sixty cases of advanced carcinoma of stomach were randomly divided into treatment group（30cases） and control group（30cases）. The control group received FOL FLX （oxaliplatin added fluorouracil） treatment. Chemotherapy with the same control group, 30 minutes before chemotherapy, amifostine 400mg ivgtt, droping in 15 minutes, 21days per cycle, 4 cycle.The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated after four cycles according to RECIST and NCI-CTC criteria through the review of upper digestive tract imaging, or endoscopy, and upper abdominal CT. Results The total efficiency of the two groups and disease control rate was similar. There was no difference between two groups（P〉 0.05）.Two sets of toxicity after chemotherapy, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group. There was difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conelusion Amifostine can significantly reduce the toxicity of FOL FLX （oxaliplatin added fluorouracil） treatment for late gastric cancer, protect normal tissue ,but can not reduce its anti-cancer effect.
