| 摘 要： | 目的观察苦参碱注射液联合甘利欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效.方法用苦参碱注射液联合甘利欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者32例,并与单纯应用甘利欣组28例比较,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征及肝功能恢复情况.结果苦参碱注射液联合应用甘利欣组患者在改善症状、体征及肝功能复常等方面,比单用甘利欣组明显为优.结论苦参碱注射液与甘利欣联合应用能更有效提高慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of matrine combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Method 32 patients in the treatment group are treated with matrine combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate, and 28 patients in the control group are treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate only. The clinical manifestations, symptoms and liver function are studied before and after treatment. Results The group treated by combined use of matrine and diammonium glycyrrhizinate is obviously better than the group treated solely by diammonium glycyrrhizinate in curative effects, manifestations, symptoms and liver function improvement. Conclusion The combined use of matrine and diammonium glycyrrhizinate can effectively improve the clinical effects in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. |
