排石饮液对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

目的 观察排石饮液对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法 通过4周高脂饲料喂养，建立实验性高脂血症大鼠模型，观察预防性给予中药排石饮液对高脂血症大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的影响，同时对肝脏、心脏、主动脉进行肉眼和光镜病理组织学检查。结果 高脂血症模型组和各给药组血清TC、LDL-C水平均高于正常对照组，排石饮液大剂量组血清TC、LDL-C水平明显增高。病理组织学检查显示，模型组肝脏组织有明显脂肪变性，心脏组织可见脂肪细胞。排石饮液对肝脏脂肪变性无预防作用。结论 4周预防性应用排石饮液，对实验性高脂血症大鼠无降血脂作用，对肝脏脂肪变性无预防作用。排石饮液大剂量尚有促进高脂血症发生的作用。

Effects of lithagogue-drinking on blood lipid in rats with hyperlipidemia

Objective To explore the effects of lithagogue drinking on blood lipid in rats with hyperlipidemia.Methods Experimental hyperlipidemic rat models were establish by raising them with high fat diet for 4 weeks, The effects of lithagogue drinking on TC,TG,LDL C and HDL C in hyperlipidemic rats were investigated.At the same time, the morphological changes of liver, heart and aorta were observed with naked eyes and optical microscope.Results The levels of TC,TG and LDL C in the serum among control group and each treatment group were significantly higher than that of normal group. Pathological histology inspection indicated that the liver tissue had obvious fatty degeneration and there were fatty cells in heart tissue in the control group. lithagogue drinking had no preventive role for liver fatty degeneration.Conclusion Lithagogue drinking is applied preventively for 4 weeks and there is no evidence that lithagogue drinking can reduce the level of serum lipid in experimental hyperlipidemic rats,or prevent liver fatty degeneration.contrary to our aim, lithagogue drinking of high dosage could promote hyperlipidemia.
