八宝丹胶囊治疗病毒性肝炎40例的临床研究

目的观察八宝丹胶囊治疗急、慢性肝炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例病毒性肝炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例，治疗组常规治疗加用八宝丹胶囊0．6g，2次／d；对照组单用常规治疗；疗程4-6wk。每2wk检查肝功能。结果治疗组在症状、体征恢复方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组治疗后血清总胆红素（TBIL）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、r-谷氨酰转肽酶（r-GT）、总胆汁酸（TBA）均较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．01），治疗组降低血清总胆红素（TBIL）、总胆汁酸（TBA）均较对照组优越（P〈0．05），治疗组在总胆红素消退时间和消退例数方面均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），未观察到八宝丹胶囊的不良反应。结论八宝丹胶囊有良好的退黄、降酶、改善胆汁淤积的作用，无不良反应，安全可靠，给药方便，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical study of Babaodan capsules in treating viral hepatitis

Objective To observe clinical efficacy and security of Babaodan capsules in treating acute and chronic hepatitis. Methods 80 viral hepatitis cases were randomized into two groups. The trail group was treated with Babaodan capsules 0.6g bid in oral based on conventional treatment and conventional treatment were used only on control group. Both groups course of treatment were 4 to 6 weeks. The liver function was tested every two weeks. Resulsts On recovery of symptom and sign, the trail group were superior to that of the control group. After treatment, both groups had obviously decreased in serum total bilirubin, alanine transferase enzyme, aspartate transferase, r-glutamyltransferase, total bile acid. The trail group was superior to the control group on decreasing serum total bilirubin and total bile acid. The trail group had ascendancy over control group on normalization time and cases of serum total bilirubin. No side effects were observed. Conclusions Babaodan capsules were good at jaundice eliminating, liver enzymes decreasing, cholestasis improving, and no side effect were observed.
