羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术的研究进展

近年来,羟基磷灰石被广泛应用于眼眶重建术。本文简要介绍羟基磷灰石义眼台在眼眶重建术中的应用、术后并发症及并发症的处理的研究进展。其改良植入方法主要是前部巩膜壳切开成花瓣状,同时游离后极部巩膜与视神经。植入术后并发症常见有植入物暴露及结膜裂开、残留上眶区凹陷、眼座移位、脓性肉芽肿等。处理并发症的主要手术方法有筋膜囊扩大缝合术,结膜筋膜瓣滑行覆盖术等,经过处理疗效良好。

Progresses in Hydroxyapatite Orbital Implantation
