摘    要:本文应用45Ca流动法研究甲基黄酮醇胺(Methyllavonlamine,MFA)对兔主动脉条45Ca跨膜流动的影响。发现:MFA(0.1mmol/L)时间依赖性抑制氯化钾(80mmol/L)诱导的45Ca内流及净摄取的增加,并能抑制静息状态的45Ca外流,取消并翻转去甲肾上腺素(NA,1μmol/L)降低兔主动脉条45Ca外流作用。提示:MFA对经PDC的钙内流有抑制作用,并有一定的抑制钙泵及阻断α-受体作用。

Abstract:ffects of methylflavonolamine(MFA)on 45Ca transmembrane flu-xes were studied in rabbit aortic smooth muscle strips.MFA(0.1mmol/L)time-dependently inhibited the increase of calcium influx and net upta-ke induced by KCl(80mmol/L).Meanwhile,MFA inhibited resting 45Caefflux,and reversed the decrease of 45Ca effluX in rabbit aorta inducedby noradrenaline(NA).The results showed that MFA inhibited Ca2+influx through potential dependent Ca channel,It suggests that MFAcan inhibit calcium pump and has a bloking effect no alpha-receptor.
