| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同剂量的贝那普利对IgA肾病（IgAN）患者蛋禾白尿的疗效及安全性。方法收集符合条件的50例IgAN患者随机分成2组，10mg组和20mg组分别给予贝那普利10mg／d和20mg／d，观察2组患者24h尿蛋广1、血压、血尿素氮、肌酐、血钾及一般情况的变化。结果2组在治疗后患者的蛋白尿及平均动脉压均有显著下降，20mg组下降更为明显，而副作用并未相应增加。结论贝那普利能显著降低IgAN患者的尿蛋白及平均动脉压，20mg／d与10mg／d用量比较，前告治疗效果更为显著。
