| 摘 要： | 目的探讨喜疗妥药膏治疗刺激性药物输注渗漏的临床效果。方法将72例因刺激性药物输注渗漏的患者随机分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。观察组应用喜疗妥药膏治疗;对照组则给予硫酸镁湿热敷治疗。观察2组局部临床疗效及治愈时间。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);且观察组治愈时间比对照组短,具有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论喜疗妥药膏在治疗刺激性药物输注渗漏的临床疗效、治愈时间等方面明显优于硫酸镁湿热敷方法,具有显效快、疗效好,使用简便、安全无毒等优点,值得临床推广使用。
