复元康胶囊治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型精神分裂症240例临床观察

目的观察复元康胶囊治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性。方法Ⅰ、Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者各120例,随机分成治疗组（复元康胶囊组）90例、对照组（维思通组）30例,疗程60 d,观察临床总疗效及中医症状改善情况,并评价其安全性。结果Ⅰ型精神分裂症治疗组总有效率93.34%;对照组总有效率66.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Ⅱ型精神分裂症治疗组总有效率92.22%;对照组总有效率70%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。复元康胶囊对狂证之狂躁、不眠、面红目赤、头痛;癫证之精神抑郁、神志呆钝、胸闷叹息、不思饮食等皆表现出明显的改善作用,且疗效优于对照组。复元康胶囊治疗组,临床安全性评价均未见明显不良反应。结论复元康胶囊治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型精神分裂症疗效确切、可靠、安全,无明显副作用。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of 240 Cases of Type I and II Schizophrenia Treated with Fuyuankang Capsules

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of fuyuankang capsules on type Ⅰ and Ⅱ schizophrenia.Methods 120 cases of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ schizophrenia were randomized into a treatment group(fuyuankang capsules)(90 cases)and a control group(risperidone)(30 cases).60 days of treatment made one session.The clinical total efficacy and the improvements in the symptoms of Chinese medicine were observed and the safety was assessed.Results The total effective rate of type Ⅰ schizophrenia was 93.34% in treatment group and was 66.67% in control group,indicating statistical significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of type Ⅱ schizophrenia was 92.22% in treatment group and was 70% in control group,indicating statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Fuyuankang capsules achieved the remarkable improvements in mania,insomnia,red face and eyes and head in manic disorder,as well as mental depression,dull expression,chest oppression,sighing and poor appetite in depressive disorder.The efficacy was better than that in control group.The adverse reaction was not discovered in the clinical safety assessment in fuyuankang capsules.Conclusion Fuyuankang capsules are effective definitely,reliable and safe in the treatment of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ schizophrenia,without obvious side effects.
