六神丸联合食醋热敷治疗机械性静脉炎疗效观察

目的探讨六神丸联合食醋热敷治疗经外周中心静脉置管（Peripherrally inserted cen-tral catheter,PICC）所致机械性静脉炎的效果。方法将因PICC所致机械性静脉炎的患者84例随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组用六神丸30～60粒研成粉末,37～45℃的食醋调和后敷于患处,外用热水袋热敷;对照组用50%硫酸镁湿敷。于治疗后的第3天和第5天观察效果。结果第3天,治疗组治愈28例,好转11例,无效3例,有效率92.85%;对照组治愈11例,好转10例,无效21例,有效率50.00%。第5天,治疗组治愈37例,好转4例,无效1例,有效率97.62%;对照组治愈12例,好转14例,无效16例,有效率61.90%。经秩和检验,无论第3天还是第5天,两组比较差异均有统计学意义。在Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级静脉炎的治疗上,治疗组疗效更为显著（P〈0.01）。结论六神丸联合食醋热敷治疗PICC所致机械性静脉炎,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation of Liushen Pills Combined with Vinegar Hot Compress in Treatment of PICC-induced Mechanical Phlebitis

Objective To explore the effect of liushen pills and vinegar hot compress on mechanical phlebitis induced by peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods 84 cases of mechanic phlebitis induced by PICC were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,42 cases in each one.In treatment group,30 to 60 liushen pills were grinded into powder that was mixed with vinegar at 37 to 45 ℃.The powder paste was applied to the affected area where was compressed with hot water bag.In control group,the wet compress was applied with 50% magnesium sulfate.The effect was observed on the 3rd and 5th days after treatment.Results On the 3rd day,in treatment group,28 cases were cured,11 cases improved and 3 cases failed;the effective rate was 92.85%.In control group,11 cases were cured,10 cases improved and 21 cases failed;the effective rate was 50.00%.On the 5th day,in treatment group,37 cases were cured,4 cases improved and 1 cases failed;the effective rate was 97.62%.In control group,12 cases were cured,4 cases improved and 16 cases failed;the effective rate was 61.90%.It was indicated with rank sum test that no matter on the 3rd day or the 5th day,the statistical significance presented in comparison between two groups.In treatment of I and II-grade phlebitis,the efficacy in treatment group was much significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Liushen pills combined with vinegar hot compress achieves the significant efficacy on PICC-induced mechanical phlebitis and this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
