摘    要:目的建立板蓝根抑菌效价检测方法。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌为生物模型,应用生物热动力学技术建立板蓝根抑菌效价检测方法,以系统的方法学考察所建立方法的科学性,并以常规管碟法加以验证。结果在0.522~1.28g·mL-1范围内,板蓝根药材剂量的对数与生物热动力学参数Lmax呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9832,P〈0.01),检测限与精密度均符合生物效价检测的要求,生物热动力学特征信息与常规抑菌活性具有较好的相关性。结论建立基于生物热动力学的板蓝根抑菌效价检测方法可以用于板蓝根药材的质量评价。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method of antibacterial potency detection of radix isatis.Methods Staphylococcus auresu was taken as a biological model.The biological thermodynamic technology was adopted to establish the method for the detection of antibacterial potency of radix isatis.The systemic methodology was used to investigate the scientific property of the established method.Additionally,the conventional cylinder plate method was applied for the verification.Results In the range of 0.522 to 1.28 g·mL-1,the logarithm of the dose of radix isatis and the parameter Tmax in biological thermodynamics displayed a good linear relationship(r=0.983 2,P<0.01).The detection limit and precision were all in line with the requirements of biological potency detection.The characteristic information of biological thermodynamics presented a good correlation with conventional antibacterial activity.Conclusion The method of antibacterial potency detection of radix isatis based on biological thermodynamics can be used for the quality assessment of radix isatis.
