PPH加直肠黏膜柱状结扎术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂72例临床分析

目的探讨利用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）加直肠黏膜柱状结扎术治疗因直肠黏膜内脱垂所致出口梗阻型便秘的可行性。方法所有直肠黏膜内脱垂所致的出口梗阻型便秘患者均采用PPH加直肠黏膜柱状结扎术进行治疗。结果纳入病例共72例,痊愈65例,明显好转5例,2例术后直肠黏膜内脱垂改善不明显。结论对于直肠黏膜内脱垂所致的出口梗阻型便秘,采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术PPH加直肠黏膜松弛结扎术治疗具有创伤小、操作方便、并发症少、恢复时间短、安全性高等优点,临床值得推广。

Clinical Analysis of 72 Cases of Rectal Mucosal Prolapse Treated with PPH and the Ligation of Rectal Mucosa

Objective To explore the reliability of PPH(procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoid)and the ligation of rectal mucosa in the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation induced by prolapse of rectal mucosa.Methods All of the cases of outlet obstructive constipation induced by prolapse of rectal mucosa were treated with PPH and the ligation of rectal mucosa.Results 72 cases were included totally,of which,65 cases were cured,5 cases were improved and 2 cases had no apparent improvement after operation.Conclusion PPH and the ligation for rectal mucosal relaxation is advantageous at small injury,simple operation,less complication,short time of recovery and high safety in the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation due to prolapse of rectal mucosa.This therapy deserves to be promoted in clinic.
