宜昌市2006年流感疫情动态监测

目的:调查宜昌市流感活动状况及流行动态变化规律和每年的流行株及其构成。方法:在哨点医院和流感爆发疫情事件中,采用流行病学监测和实验室检测方法进行调查。结果:宜昌市4月份与7月份为流感样病例人数高峰。两起流感爆发流行主要集中在中小学,全部由B型流感病毒引起。在调查和监测中分离的流感病毒以B型及H1型为主,宜昌市健康人群流感病毒的抗体阳性率为56%。结论:宜昌市流感高峰在4月份与7月份,流行的病毒株以B型及H1型为主,健康人群免疫水平不高。

Study on influenza dynamic monitoring of Yichang City in 2006

Objective:To investigate the dynamics and varieties of influenza prevalence in Yichang City and grasp the epidemic strain and its components every year.Methods:We adopted the methods of epidemiological surveillance and laboratory testing in sentinel hospitals and influenza outbreak incident.Results:In April and July,there was peak number of influenza-like cases in Yichang City.Influenza outbreak concentrated mainly in primary and secondary schools,and was all caused by type B influenza.Virus isolation were mainly type B and H1.Antibody-positive rate of influenza virus was 56% in health crowd of Yichang City.Conclusion:Influenza peak of Yichang City appears in April and July and the epidemic strain is mainly type B and H1.The immunity level is not high in healthy population.
