卡维地洛治疗急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察卡维地洛治疗急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭的疗效。方法将54例急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭的病例随机分为卡维地洛治疗组(n=26)和对照组(n=28)。对照组仅使用常规治疗,卡维地洛治疗组除常规治疗外加用卡维地洛,起始剂量5mg/d,渐增至40mg/d。结果两组患者治疗1个月后疗效间差异有显著性意义(u=2.30,P<0.05)。随访13～15个月后,卡维地洛治疗组左室射血分数、再住院率、总死亡率与对照组比较,差异亦均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛治疗急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭疗效较常规治疗显著。

Curative Effects of Caredilol on Acute Myocardial Infarction Amalgamated with Heart Failure

Objective To observe the clinical effects of carvedilol treating the acute myocardial infarction amalgamated with heart failure.Methods 54 patients with acute myocardial infarction amalgamated with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (28cases) received the routine treatment while the treatment group (26 cases) received the routine treatment plus carvedilol.The initial dose of the carvedilol was 5mg/d,and increased to 40mg/d.Results After one month,the total effective rate of two groups were 92.3% and 82.1% respectively(P<0.05).After followed up for 13 or 15 months,left ventricular eject fraction (LVEF) of the patients in treatment group were higher than that in control group (P<0.01);The rehospitalization rate and total death rate in the treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol is an effective medicine treating the acute myocardial infarction amalgamated with heart failure.
