活心汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭30例

目的]观察活心汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效。方法]随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组以ACEI、利尿剂等,根据心功能状况使用硼酸酯及地高辛。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,采用自拟活心汤加减治疗。结果]治疗组显效16例,有效11例,无效3例;对照组显效13例,有效8例,无效9例。结论]活心汤有缓解症状,提高生活质量,减少住院率的作用。
