幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌中VEGF的表达及肿瘤血管形成的关系

摘    要:目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与胃炎、胃粘膜不典型增生和胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及微血管密度(MVD)之间的关系.方法采用Warthin-Starry嗜银染色法检测39例胃癌组织,24例胃粘膜不典型增生组织和33例胃炎组织中的Hp;采用免疫组化S-P法检测组织中VEGF的表达,抗CD 34单克隆抗体标记血管内皮细胞,根据CD 34阳性的血管内皮细胞计数来测定MVD.结果 Hp、VEGF和MVD在慢性胃炎、胃粘膜不典型增生和胃癌组中的表达呈递增关系,每两组间比较均有显著性差异;VEGF阳性表达组MVD明显高于VEGF阴性组;Hp阳性组VEGF和MVD的表达明显高于Hp阴性组.结论 Hp感染可增加VEGF的表达,诱导组织中新生血管的形成,促进胃癌的发生.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between Helicobacer pylori (Hp) infection and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), microvessel density (MVD) in gastritis, gastric mucosal atypical hyperplasia and gastric cancer tissue. Methods Hp was determined by Warthin-Starry silver stain in 39 of gastric cancer tissue, 24 of gastric mucosal atypical hyperplasia tissue and 33 of gastritis tissue, and the expression of VEGF was examined by S-P immunochemistry, MVD was counted by endothelial cells immunostained by anti-CD 34 antibody. Results Hp, VEGF and MVD in gastritis, gastric mucosal atypical hyperplasia and gastric cancer tissue were increasing by degrees, there were significant differences between every two groups; the MVD in VEGF positive groups were significantly higher than that of VEGF negative groups; the expression of VEGF and MVD in Hp positive groups were significantly higher than that of Hp negative. Conclusion Hp infection leads to overexpression of VEGF, VEGF favors angiogenesis and growth of gastric cancer.
