| 摘 要： | 目的：评价羟基磷灰石复合体在眶壁骨折整复术中的应用效果。方法：应用羟基磷灰石复合体做充填材料行眶壁骨折整复要及眼球内陷矫正术145例（145眼），术后观察4－24月，平均7．5月，对其效果进行总结分析。羟基磷灰石复合体中层为超高分子量聚乙烯板，两侧为羟基磷灰石。结果：术后反应轻微，无一例排斥反应，羟基磷灰石复合体组织相容性好，易于塑型及修剪。结论：羟基磷灰石复合体是目前最为理想的充填材料。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the application of the hydroxyapatite complex in the orbit fracture taxis.Methods The application of hydroxypatite filling material in 14 5 cases of the orbit fracture taxis and enophthalmia correction was analysed.In the middle of hydroxyapatite complex,it is ultra high molecular weight polyethyl ene(UHMW-PE),which is covered with hydroxyapatite on its both sides.Results Postoperative responses were light and there was no rej e ction of hydroxyapatite complex.The histocompatility was quite satisfactory.It was easy moulded and clipped.Conclusion The hydroxyapatite com plex is the ideal filling material until now. |
