达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的观察和评估达立通颗粒在功能性消化不良治疗中的临床疗效。方法将79例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组41例，对照组38例，治疗组以达立通颗粒6g／袋，6g／次，3；K／d；对照组以枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片5mg／片，5mg／次，3次／d。连续4周，4周后停服一切药物。观察患者症状改善情况及不良反应。治疗组总有效率92．7％，对照组总有效率92．1％。结果治疗组疗效与对照组疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），不良反应少。结论达立通颗粒与枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片疗效相当，无明显不良反应。

The efficacy of dalitong granule in the functional dyspepsia

Objective To assess the effect of Dalitong Granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 79 patiens were randomized to the treatment group (n=41, Dalitong Granule 6g, rid)and the control group (n=38, treated with moss-pride citra dispe rsant 5mg, tid)). The therapeutic course for both groups was 4 weeks. The treatment effective rates were 92.7%, In the control group were 92.1%. Results There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). No ad-verse effect was found in the observation. Conclusion Dalitong granule has the sam clinical effect as mosapride citra dispe rsant with no obvions toxic-adverse effects.
