院前急救1344例疾病谱及梯度分析

目的了解深圳市龙华地区院前急救疾病谱构成梯次及特点,为决策提供科学依据,适应新形势下院前急救工作的需要。方法 根据院前救治病例所属病种、发生时间进行统计,回顾性分析。结果院前急救病种排在前6位的是意外伤、交通伤、晕厥查因、腹痛查因(包括尿路结石)、抽搐、醉酒。结论既要注重培养全科医师,又要参考疾病构成梯次,确定专业方向,做到一专多能,培养出更多的专业化合格人才来充实我们的院前急救队伍,使院前急救水平更上一个台阶。

Disease Spectrum of 1344 Cases in Pre-hospital First Aid and Their Ranking

Objective To understand the disease spectrum of pre-hospital first aid and their ranking in Longhua district in Shenzhen and provide a scientific basis for decision-making and meet the requirement of pre-hospital first aid system.Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted on disease spectrum and the time when disease occurred in pre-hospital first aid.Results The first six diseases in pre-hospital first aid were accident injury,traffic injury,syncope,abdominal pain（including urinary tract stones）,seizure and alcoholism.Conclusion Close attention should be paid to the training of general practitioners,but the training should be conducted according to the ranking of the diseases to increase the level of pre-hospital first aid.
