| Abstract: | Hyperthermia, one of the adjuvant therapies used in the treatment of malignant tumours, has received attention widely in recent years. From April 1987 to March 1988, 12 patients with superficial malignant tumours were treated by microwave hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy. The clinic results were more satisfactory. Of 12 cases treated, 8 were CR (complete response ) and 4 were PR (Partial response, the tumour reduces to half). The total effective rate was 100%. |
