| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泪道激光联合置管及鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法78例（85眼）慢性泪囊炎随机分成激光组和手术组。激光组40例（42眼）行泪道KTP激光术并留置硅胶管3个月；手术组38例（43眼）行传统的泪囊鼻腔吻合术。随访36个月，对比分析两组手术效果。结果术后6个月，激光组和手术组的有效率分别为97．7％和97．6％（P〉0．05）。术后36个月，激光组和手术组的有效率分别为87．8％和95．2％，两者差异也无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论泪道激光联合置管及鼻腔泪囊吻合术疗效相近，临床上可据患者具体情况，适当选择手术适应症。 |
