腹腔镜联合手术的临床应用

目的：探讨腹腔镜联合手术的方法和价值。方法：总结分析16例腹腔镜联合手术的经验，其中腹腔镜胆囊切除术加阑尾切除术6例，腹腔镜胆囊切除加附件切除3例，腹腔镜胆囊切除术加粘连松解术3例，腹腔镜胆囊切除术加腹股沟疝修补术1例，腹腔镜阑尾切除术加双侧输卵管伞成形术1例，腹腔镜胆囊切除加术中胆道造影1例，腹腔镜胆囊切除加直肠癌根治术1例，结果：本组病例手术均成功，无手术并发症，术后恢复快，术后平均住院时间8天，结论：只要严格掌握手术指征，腹腔镜联合手术充分利用微创外科手术的优越性，有一定的社会效益。

Clinical application of laparoscope combined with operation

Objective To explore the way and value of the combination of laparoscope and operation.Methods The experiences of 15 cases treated by combination of operation with laparoscope were summarized and analyzed.Among them,6 patients were treated with cholecystectomy under laparoscope and appendectomy,3 received cholecystectomy under laparoscope and adnexectomy and 3 were referred to cholecystectomy under laparoscope and dissection of adhesion.One experienced cholecystectomy under laparoscope and hernioplasty for indirect inguinal hernia,one received appendectomy under laparoscope and repairing for fimbrioplasty of bilateral oviduct,one had cholecystectomy under laparoscope and cholangiography,and one was operated on cholecystectomy under laparoscope and radical operation of rectal cancer.Results All cases were successfully treated,with no operation complication but quick recovery after operation.The average time for hospitalization was 8 days.Conclusion The combination of laparoscope with operation has certain social effect since it makes full use of the advantage of minimally invasive surgery,as long as the operation indication is taken seriously.
