我国国家药物政策领域现存问题的文献评价

目的:为我国制定系统的国家药物政策提供参考。方法:查阅、归纳、整理公开发表的相关文献,总结我国在国家药物政策相关领域尚存在的问题。结果:我国国家药物政策在六大领域尚存在问题,分别为基本药物遴选、药品供应、药品监管、药品不良反应监测、药品合理使用和药品研发。结论:国家药物政策为确定国家卫生目标提供了一个宝贵的战略框架。有必要规范药品管理体制,为制定完善、合理的国家药物政策打下良好的基础。

Literature Evaluation of the Existing Issues of the National Drug Policy in China

OBJECTIVE: To offer reference for formulating national drug policy in our country by evaluating literatures on key components of the national drug policy. METHODS: Relevant literatures on the problems of the implementation of key components of the national drug policy were reviewed, summarized and organized, and the problems of national drug policy in China in relevant field were summarized. RESULTS: Problems still existed in six areas, i.e. selection of essential drugs, drug supply, drug regulations, adverse drug reaction monitoring, rational use of drugs and drug researches. CONCLUSIONS: National drug policy provides a valuable strategy for the identification of national objectives and promises. It’s necessary to regulate drug management system, so as to lay a good foundation for the future establishment of our own sound national drug policy.
