摘    要:目的探讨不同性别、年龄BMI与血脂、脂肪肝的关系.方法对2002年深圳地区企事业单位的21 671例健康体检者按体重指数(BMI)分为正常组、超重组、肥胖组(Ⅰ度肥胖组、Ⅱ度肥胖组)进行腹部B超及血脂测定,并对不同性别、年龄的结果进行统计分析.结果受检者中男性肥胖症的发病率41.82%,女性肥胖症的发病率20.60%,总体33.76%.肥胖组的高胆固醇(TC)、高甘油三脂(TG)及脂肪肝的检出明显高于超重组也高于正常体重组(P<0.0001).肥胖组的高脂血症并发脂肪肝的检出率明显高于超重组也高于正常组(P<0.0001).结论肥胖是导致高TC,高TG,脂肪肝的主要因素.肥胖伴发高脂血症又是引发脂肪肝的重要因素.其中肥胖伴高TG引发脂肪肝的发病率更高.

Abstract:Objective to discuss the relationship between sex ?age and blood lipid ?fatty liver.Method 21671 healthy people in Shenzhen enterprises in 2002 were divided into normal weight? overweight?obesity group by BMI and then checked up with liver-ultrasonic and blood lipid.Their data were statistically analyzed by sex or age.Result the males' obesity ratio is 41.82%,the female's is 20.60%,and the average is 33.76%.Hypercholesterolemia?hypertrigly ceridemia or fatty liver in obesity group were examined more than overweight or normal weight group evidently(P<0.0001).The rate of hyperlipemia combined fatty liver in obesity group was also higher remarkably than the overweight or the normal(P<0.0001).Conclusion obesity is predominant factor to conduce hypercholesterolemia?hypertriglyceridemia and fatty liver.Obesity combined hyperlipemia is important factor of fatty liver,and obesity combined hypertrilyceridemia leads to higher rate of fatty liver.
