| 摘 要： | 【目的】观察动力髋螺钉（DHS）治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。【方法】对97例老年股骨粗隆间骨折行动力髋螺钉内固定术，术后早期进行康复锻炼。【结果】平均随访18个月，所有病例均在10～18周骨折愈合，优良率93．8％。【结论】动力髋螺钉在治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折中具有内固定可靠、出血少、并发症少、早期活动、功能恢复快等优点，是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To observe the efficacy of dynamic hip screw (DHS) for the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures. [Methods] All 97 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were treated with DHS fixation and early postoperative rehabilitation. [Results] The patients were followed up for an average of 18 months after operation. Bone fractures of all cases were healed in 10～18 weeks, and the excellent rate was up to 93.8%. [Conclusion]DHS for the treatment of senile intertroehanteric fracture has advantages of stable fixation, fewer complications, earlier exercise and quicker function recovery, etc. DHS is an ideal therapy for intertrochanteric fracture. |
