| 摘 要： | 准确的急诊预检分诊能合理配置医疗资源,确保病人得到及时恰当的治疗.该文通过文献查阅分析急诊分诊失误的原因,探寻解决问题的对策.提出建立急诊预检标准,提高分诊护士服务能力等,从而达到提高急诊分诊准确率,为挽救危重病人的生命赢得更多时间,提高病人的满意度.
