| 摘 要： | 目的探讨当飞利肝宁胶囊联合肝病治疗仪治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床疗效。方法当飞利肝宁胶囊4粒每日3次口服,12周为1疗程。并辅以HD-91-II型肝病治疗仪穴位治疗,每4周1疗程,休息2周再进入下1疗程,共2个疗程。结果治疗后症状改善情况(乏力、纳差、腹胀、肝区隐痛)、血清生化指标(TG、TC、ALT、AST)及BMI与治疗前比较差异具有显著性意义,p<0.05。结论当飞利肝宁胶囊联合肝病治疗仪治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effectiveness on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) treated by dang-feiliganning capsule combined with hepatitis therapy apparatus. Methods Take Dangfeiiganning 4 capsules T. i. d Po. One period of treatment for 12 weeks. Assisted with hepatitis therapy apparatus for two periods of treatment(one period of treatment for 4 weeks). Results Compared symptoms biochemistry signs in serum and BMI after treatment with the before treatment, the difference is significant p<0.05 . Conclusion The therapeutic effectiveness of Dangfeiliganning capsule combined with hepatitis therapy apparatus on NASH is significant. |
