腹腔内置补片修补巨大造口旁疝的护理

目的探讨腹腔内置补片修补巨大造口旁疝的护理方法。方法 2007年7月至2009年7月某院收治了12例巨大造口旁疝需行腹腔内置补片治疗患者,对其临床护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 12例患者均顺利完成手术,有3例患者术后出现腹壁血肿,1例患者出现超过1个月的术区疼痛,均经保守治疗病情好转后顺利出院,随访1～2年无复发。结论造口旁疝是一种较为特殊的腹壁疝,行腹腔内置补片修补具有很好的临床效果,合理的护理是保障手术成功的关键。

Nursing of Giant Parastomal Hernia Repaired with Intraperitoneal Placement Patch

Objective To investigate the nursing methods of giant parastomal hernia repaired with intraperitoneal placement patch.Methods The clinical nursing data of 12patients with giant parastomal hernia repaired with intraperitoneal placement patch from July 2007to July 2009was studied retrospectively.Results All the patients underwent operations successfully.Seroma and prolonged pain over 1months after surgery occurred respectively in 3and 1patients.With conservative therapy,all the patients were discharged with improved conditions and no recurrence happened during the fellow-up period of 1-2years.Conclusion Parastomal hernia is a more specific abdominal wall hernia.Significant effects are determined of intraperitoneal placement patch in repairing parastomal hernia and optimal nursing plays a key role in operative success.
