高原附红细胞体病患者红细胞免疫功能变化观察

摘    要:目的了解高原环境条件下附红细胞体病患者红细胞免疫功能状况及血清中红细胞免疫功能调节因子水平。方法采用酵母花环法检测了高原19例附红细胞体病患者RBC-C3b花环率、RBC-IC花环率、RFER和RFIR,并对其进行了动态观察,与同海拔地区40例健康人进行了比较。结果RBC-C3b花环率、RBC-IC花环率和RFER低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),RFIR则高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);动态观察显示,附红细胞体病患者经治疗红细胞免疫功能及血清中红细胞免疫功能调节因子可以得到期恢复。结论提示在对附红细胞病患者进行治疗的过程中,除筛选有效药物杀灭附红细胞体外,还应增强红细胞免疫功能,提高机体抵抗力,防止其他病原体的继发感染,对附红细胞体病的防治疗具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To study human eperythrozoonsis patients'erythrocyte immunofunction status and serum erythrocyte immunofunction regulation factors level at high altitude. Methods RBC-C3b rosette rate,RBC-IC rosette rate,RFER and RFIE were detected with yeast rosette method in 19 patients,moreover thedynamic detected with yeast rosette method in 19 patients,moreover the dynamic changes were observed and compared with those of 40 healthy people at the same altitude.Results RBC-C3b rosette rate,RBC-IC rosette rate and RPER were significantly lower than control group(P<0.01),RJIE was significntly higher than control group(P<0.01).Dynamic observati on showed that human eperythrozoonsis patients' erythrocyte immunofunction and serum regulation factors can be resumed after treatment.Conclusion Besides screening out effective medicine,enhancingerythrocyte immunofunction,strengthening resisdbility of the body and preventing secondary pathogenic infecdon have very important clinical significance during the treatment.
