FLAIR序列在脑部MRI的应用初探

摘    要:目的:评价脑脊液衰减翻转回复(FLAIR)序列在脑部MRI的应用价值。材料与方法:应用0.5T超导MR系统,对38例脑部MR受检查者分别使用FLAIR序列与常规自旋回波(SE)序列进行对比分析。结果:FLAIR序列检出病灶66枚,常规自旋回波序列检出病灶46枚,前者较后者敏感性高。结论:FLAIR序列可抑制来自脑脊液的信号,进一步发现和明确部分常规SE序列成像上没有或可疑的病灶,特别是脑表面或脑室

Abstract:Objective: To determine the value of fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequence in MRI of the brain. Materials and Methods:38 patients were studied using FLAIR sequence and conventional spin echo (SE) sequence on 0.5T superductive MR system.Results:FLAIR sequence detected 66 focus of disease, whereas conventional SE sequence detected 46 focus of disease. The former was more sensitive than the latter. Conclusion: FLAIR sequence can reduce the signals from the cerebrospine fluid and demonstrate some lesions of the brain which appear normal or suspicious on routine SE sequence, especially the lesions around the brain surface or ventricle. FLAIR sequence is an important complementary technique for routine SE sequence.
