摘    要:目的:探讨PBL教学法在内科学课堂教学中的可行性方案及应用效果。方法:于2006年1月~5月对2003级运动医学专业本科班25人试行了PBL教学。共选了7个专题,预设讨论题目60条;组织了分组讨论、同学发言,以及教师总结和答疑解难;课后进行了对预设问题讨论准确度测定、对PBL教学满意度测定、随堂测验等。结果:讨论准确度测定完全准确率达10.3%、大部分准确率达71.6%,总准确率达81.9%;教学结果总满意率高达96%;部分专题随堂测验的平均分基本达标。结论:本教学方案初步达到了预定的教学效果,受到老师和同学的欢迎,但亦暴露了一些问题,有待进一步探索。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasible measures and applying effects of internal medicine teaching method of problem-based learning(PBL). Methods:From January to May in 2006, PBL education was applied to the students of sports medicine class(2005 to 2006 semester). There were 25 college students who enrolled in this study. We selected 7 special topics and prepared 60 questions. We organized the grouping discussion and the representative college student to give statements. At the end of discussion, teachers summarized the results and gave the answers. After class time, teachers evaluated the complete accuracy ratings, satisfacation rate to PBL education, and had a test among the college students inside class time. Result:Discussion's complete accuracy was 10.3%, bulk accuracy 71.6%, total accuracy 81.9%; total satisfaction rate of PBL education results was 96%, total accuracy average scores of testing in class of several special topics accorded with the standard level. Conclusion:The PBL teaching method obtained effects as expected, which was anticipated and conformed by the teachers and students. But problems were still there for us to make further study.
